TCG provides compliance education, training programs, and administrative coordination services, including Consortium/Third Party Administrator (C/TPA) support where applicable. All services are provided with defined scope and are not unlimited.
TCG is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any information provided on our website, training, or consultations is for general educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal guidance. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
Compliance requirements may vary based on DOT regulations, carrier operations, driver history, SAP decisions, and enforcement interpretation. TCG does not guarantee outcomes, approvals, audit results, employment results, or avoidance of violations. Final compliance responsibility remains with the motor carrier and/or employer.
For Return-to-Duty (RTD) cases, SAP evaluations, recommendations, treatment requirements, and timelines are determined independently by the SAP. TCG does not influence SAP decisions.
Testing services, collections, laboratories, and other third-party services may be provided by independent vendors. TCG may coordinate scheduling and documentation when applicable, but TCG is not responsible for third-party performance, timelines, errors, delays, or results.
Training products may be delivered through third-party platforms (example: Thinkific). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used for purchase and for following platform login requirements.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or publish TCG training content without written permission.
All fees must be paid as stated at time of purchase or service agreement. Service work may require payment prior to start.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TCG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or training products.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Testing results, compliance determinations, SAP outcomes, audit findings, enforcement actions, or other third-party decisions do not affect payment obligations. Fees remain due regardless of results or outcomes.
